Arrival Time

We recommend you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to give yourself time to unwind and enjoy a complimentary beverage. For new clients, please arrive 15 minutes prior to give yourself time to fill in our ‘New Client’ consultation form and allow us to stay on time.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please note that we require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of your appointment, in order to avoid a 50% cancellation fee of the value of your booked treatment. 

Treatment Times

Please note that advertised treatment times are approximate only.

Mobile Phones

We kindly ask that your turn off your mobile phone or switch to 'silent' mode as a courtesy to other clients.

Gift Vouchers

Our gift vouchers are valid for 12 months are not redeemable for cash and non-transferrable to a third party.  We regret that lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

Refunds

Please note that we have a no refund policy on products for health and safety reasons.

Payment

We accept payments in Cash, Eftpos, Visa, Mastercard and Amex credit cards. Please note that a 1.5% surcharge is incurred on Visa & Mastercards and a 2.5% surcharge is incurred on Amex cards.
